    iv.            Students Project Supervision

    Research output is essential to knowledge construction with the ultimate impact of ensuring societal change or development. Since 1996, I have supervised and guided 160 students at the undergraduate level in B.Sc. Biochemistry and Food Science & Technology as well as 65 postgraduate research projects at the MSc / MPhil level in Food Science & Technology and Nutrition & Dietetics; co-supervised 15 PhD students in Food Science & Technology, KNUST. These have resulted in the production of thesis reports/dissertations, manuals, conference articles and journal articles.
