Profile

Dr. Zaukuu is a Research Scientist focusing on the application of advanced instruments for modeling Food and Pharmaceutical quality parameters. 

He pursued his PhD in Food Science at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) where, he graduated with a Summa Cum Laude (100% grade). He was a facilitator for the Erasmus Mobility Grant between Department of Food Science and Technology, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the Department of Measurement and Process control, MATE-Hungary. 

Currently, Dr. Zaukuu has over 41 peer reviewed journal publications, 7 co-authored book chapters and has participated in over 38 scientific conferences in difference countries across Africa, Europe and Asia. He has peer-reviewed over 64 manuscripts for more than 15 impact journals. Dr. Zaukuu is a member of the Project Management Institute, International Society of Aquaphotomics, the Agriculture, Nutrition and Health Academy and the Agriculture-Nutrition Community of practice.
