Dr. Zaukuu is a Research Scientist focusing on the application of advanced instruments for modeling Food and Pharmaceutical quality parameters.
He pursued his PhD in Food Science at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) where, he graduated with a Summa Cum Laude (100% grade). He was a facilitator for the Erasmus Mobility Grant between Department of Food Science and Technology, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the Department of Measurement and Process control, MATE-Hungary.
Currently, Dr. Zaukuu has over 50 peer reviewed journal publications, 7 co-authored book chapters and has participated in over 38 scientific conferences in difference countries across Africa, Europe and Asia. He has peer-reviewed over 64 manuscripts for more than 15 impact journals. Dr. Zaukuu is a member of the International Society of Aquaphotomics, the Agriculture, Nutrition and Health Academy and the Agriculture-Nutrition Community of practice.
Dr. Zaukuu has supervised more than 38 thesis (undergraduate and Postgraduate) and serves as an external postgraduate thesis examiner for several renowned Universities in Ghana, South Africa, Japan and Hungary.

Dr. Zaukuu is very passionate about all aspects of Food Safety, Food Security, Quality Control and Food Modeling with chemometric methods and multivariate data analysis.
