Awards and Recognition

Award (2021): Award for Curatorial Excellence by Arts Council of the African Studies Association (ACASA) for the contemporary art exhibition Spectacles. Speculations…, curated by Kwasi Ohene-Ayeh at blaxTARLINES KUMASI, Department of Painting & Sculpture, Kumasi (8th February – 24th July 2018).

Fellowship: Reflexive Tema and Global Elsewheres funded by Van Abbemuseum, Amsterdam. The research project takes place in the context of a partnership between ‘Decolonizing Socialism. Entangled Internationalism’ (DECOSO, #184864 Swiss National Science Foundation) at HEAD Gene?ve and the Van Abbeuseum in Eidhoven.
