I started teaching and examining Medical Students probono as far back as 2008. In 2016, I took up the position of an adjunct lecturer at the department of surgery. I was promoted to Senior Part time Lecturer in 2019 before taking up full appointment as a senior lecturer in September, 2020.

I teach Principles of Surgery in General, Clinical Surgery and Surgical Pathology to Fourth (First Clinical) Year students. I also teach surgical diagnosis, medical and operative management of surgical conditions to Sixth (Third Clinical) Year students. I have been involved in developing clinical videos to aid student teaching.

At the postgraduate level, I teach Urology to Residents in General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Fellowship students in Urology and supervise their dissertations.
