Dickson Osei-Asibey holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Construction Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Kumasi, Law Practicing Certificate from General Legal Council, Accra, (Barrister of Laws (BL)) at Ghana School of Law, Bachelor of Laws (LLB), MSc Construction Management and BSc (Hons) Building Technology all from KNUST.

Osei-Asibey is a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Senior Lecturer of Department of Construction Technology and Management KNUST, Project Management, Development, Infrastructural and Procurement Consultant, Construction Expert, Quantity Surveyor, Building Technologist and Farmer. He is Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB), member of Ghana Bar Association (MGBA), Ghana Institution of Construction (MGIOC), International Federation of Surveyors (MFIG), Association of African Quantity Surveyors (MAAQS) and Fellow of Ghana Institution of Surveyors (FGhIS) with over 30years post qualification experience in Procurement Management, Construction management and supervision and General Quantity Surveying practice in Ghana.

He practices as a lawyer at KAB Legal Consult, (Adansiman Chambers) in Kumasi. Osei-Asibey serves as facilitator at the Institute of Distance Learning (IDL), KNUST, Kumasi in the areas of Procurement Law and Commercial and Contract law and Legal Aspects of Project Management. He is also a Faculty Member of Haggai Institute-Ghana. Osei-Asibey serves as a member of Governing Council of Dr Hilla Limann Technical University (DHLTU) at Wa in the Upper West Region. He is Lawyer appointed by KNUST Council to serve on Entity Tender Committee of KNUST. Osei-Asibey is also a Management Board Member of Joint Venture Souvenir Enterprise and Nyansapo Eco Resort both of KNUST. Osei-Asibey was Associate Professor on Part Time at KNUST at the Department of Construction Technology and Management of Faculty of Built Environment in the College of Art and Built Environment.

Osei-Asibey is Director of OCADS Consult Limited, a Project Management and Construction Cost Consulting Firm based in Kumasi. Osei-Asibey for the past twenty-four (24) years tasked himself with demand-driven projects within forty (40) Metropolitans/Municipals/Districts and many other public and private institutions across Ghana and has successfully led his team to handle over 300 Construction Projects.

He is also the Founder and President of OCADS Educational Centre, a basic School at Maaban near Barekese in Atwima Nwabiagya North District of Ashanti Region. He is Development Consultant for The Church of the Province of West Africa (Anglican Communion) (CPWA) of Anglican Church. Osei-Asibey has also held the positions of the National President and National Vice President of Association of Rural Banks (ARB) Ghana. He is the foundation Director of Works and Physical Development of University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Sunyani. Osei-Asibey’s hobbies and areas of interest include: public procurement, construction law, public housing projects (affordable housing), infrastructural development, watching football and Christian videos and youth development. Osei-Asibey is a Christian, married with four children.
