I am Associate Professor in the Department of Construction Technology and Management.  I have been involved in teaching and research in this Department for more than thirty years.  My areas of expertise include: Human Resource Management, Construction Management, Investment Appraisal and Development Economics, Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics.   

I have served in various capacities in the University as Vice-Dean and Dean of Faculty and Head of Department, and Member of Academic Board. 

I have participated and delivered papers at national and international conferences on the Built Environment. I have also served as a reviewer for several national and international journals and conferences.

I have been involved in construction and quantity surveying practice for several years.  As a built environment consultant, I belong to cognate professional bodies as Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (FGhIS), Fellow, Ghana Institute of Construction (FGIOC), Member, International Federation of Surveyors (MFIG), Member, Nigeria Institution of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and Member, Society of Human Resource Management (USA) (MSHRM). 

I am an academic and professional who is committed to execellence in both areas of endeavour.
