My research interests lie in the intersection of smart and energy efficient buildings and the project delivery of these products. As an interdisciplinary academic, I work in the cross-cutting areas linking energy, and environment—underpinned by methods from building physics, information technology, and project management—with the end goal being the development of new methods, processes, and tools to enhance the policy and practice of sustainable development. My studies focuses more on Developing Countries particularly in Africa and explores the unique characteristics affecting sustainable buildings.
