Kwaku Boafo Kissiedu, together with Dr. karî'kachä seid’ou, Edwin Bodjawah and George Ampratwum, secured funding in 2019 for the procurement of books for the KNUST, College of Art and Built Environment and Faculty of Art libraries. The funding was by Prof. El Anatsui and was in excess of $100,000.

Earlier in 2018, the same team secured a funding of $6000 also from Prof. El Anatsui for the supply of books for the Department of Painting and Sculpture.
