Dr. Henry Kofi Mensah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the KNUST School of Business (KSB). His teaching and research interest focuses on Business Ethics & CSR, Strategic Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behaviour. He is a member of the African Academy of Management (AFAM) and Academy of International Business (African Chapter). He has published in various reputable journals and has presented research papers at various local and international conferences. Some of his research output appear in Africa Journal of Management, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, Journal of Global Responsibility, Journal of Strategy and Management, Career Development International.  He has served on various committees and in various capacities such as Head of Department Human Resources and Organizational Development, Examinations Officer for KNUST Institute of Distance Learning and the Lead Programme Developer/Coordinator for MSc. Development Management and MSc. Corporate Governance & Strategic Leadership in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana.

Dr. Mensah holds a PhD in Organizational Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MSc. in Development Management from the University of Agder, Norway and a B. A. Social Science degree (Economics and Sociology) also from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana. He has also received training various hard skills including the use of qualitative analysis software (QSR NVivo and ATLAS.ti), eTutoring and eLearning management systems among others. He is an IFC certified Corporate Governance Expert, a TIEC and UiA trained eLearning trainer.  He is an alumnus of the NOMA scholarship funded by NORAD, Norway and a beneficiary of KNUST Vice-Chancellor Scholarship for Doctoral Training. A good communicator, who has demonstrated a high degree of self-initiative and enjoy the challenge of tight schedules and ever-prepared to learn new things from every opportunity and criticism.
