PERSONAL BRIEF

Henry Kofi Mensah is an Associate Professor of Management with over 15 years of experience in teaching and research in Responsible Management & Business Sustainability, Organisational Behaviour and Small Business Strategy. He is committed to high-quality scholarly research with a strong international outlook and serves as a visiting trainer with the International Trade Centre, teaching modules on governance and human capital issues in sustainability. He has published extensively in reputable journals and presented research at leading international conferences, including the Academy of International Business (African Chapter) and the African Academy of Management (AFAM), where he received the 2018 Emerald Best Paper Award in Strategy and International Management. His work has appeared in Human Relations, Business Strategy and the Environment, Technovation, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Environmental Management and Africa Journal of Management. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Global Responsibility and is a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB) – African Chapter. Henry has held visiting professorships at several European universities, including Technische Universität Berlin in Germany and the University of Salerno, Italy. Currently, he is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, Johannesburg, South Africa.
