Hannah Vivian Osei is an Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resource and Organization Development at the KNUST School of Business. Prof. Osei has been very much involved in Training and Development Consultancies among executive teams such as directors and top management in organizations such as Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, and Ashanti Regional House of Chiefs. Prof. Osei also engages in Middle-level Training such as Yaa Asantewaa Rural Bank in Ghana. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (HRM), and an MBA in Employees Relations, UK. She is a certified Prince 2 project manager and has been trained in Person-centered counseling and Labour Laws in Ghana. Her first degree was in Economics and Law, from KNUST. Prof. Osei is the coordinator for the Doctor of Business Administration and the Bachelor of Business Administration (HRM and Management). She is the Deputy Coordinator for Research Programmes at School of Business.  She is currently coordinating the AMBITION Project under the ERASMUS Plus which involves grooming Ph.D. students from 8 institutions in Europe and Africa as green energy ambassadors. Her research area includes human capital development, e-learning adoption, social norms, leadership, abusive supervision, burnout, cyberloafing, and psychological safety. Her passion is to influence the next generation and groom them for the future workplace.
