Dr. Kwame Ansong Wadei is an academic scholar and a researcher with expertise in human resource management (HRM) and organizational behavior (OB). He holds a PhD in Management Science, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a BSc in Psychology.
Before entering academia, Dr. Wadei served as a Project Officer for the USAID-Ghana SHAPS and RISK Project, implemented in Ghana by the West African Program to Combat AIDS and STI. He played a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and developing peer educators, meticulously monitoring and evaluating project progress, coordinating activities, and managing the project budget. Additionally, he championed gender responsiveness, fostered enduring relationships with stakeholders, and cultivated strategic partnerships.
Dr. Wadei has published extensively in academic journals and his research interests focus on the relationship between HR, leadership, motivation, and employee behavior. He has investigated the impact of various leadership styles on employee performance, engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior. His research has also explored the role of motivation in shaping employee attitudes and behaviors.
Dr. Wadei's work has implications for both organizations and individuals.
