Charlotte Adjanor-Doku is a dedicated and accomplished Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource and Organizational Development at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Charlotte holds a PhD in Business and Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, from KNUST, where she also earned her undergraduate and master's degrees. This strong academic foundation has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of her discipline and a well-rounded perspective in her teaching and research.

Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Charlotte was honored with the Best Oral Presenter award at TECKCONFAB '23, specifically in the sub-theme of "Governance, Entrepreneurship, and Development."
