My research interests include the design and synthesis of mix-donor ligands involving donor atoms such as N, P, O and S and their metal complexes for use as (i) Catalysts for converting biomass components into fuels, platform chemicals and bio-degradable polymers (ii) potential metallodrug candidates in targeting diseases such as cancer.
