Ms Sualihu has been in the service of the University since the year 2001 when she was first employed as a Typist Grade I.  She attained her Higher National Diploma (HND) at the Kumasi Polytechnic now Kumasi Technical University in the year 2004.   From there she proceeded to university of Cape coast where she bagged a degree in Bachelor of Management Studies.  Ms. Sualihu also have Master Degrees in Commonwealth Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) and MBA in Human Resources all from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Ms sualihu is a successful administrator with an excellent insight in office work and administration and has by dint of hardwork and dedication to her duties evolved through the ranks of Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Principal Administrative Assistant to Chief Administrative Assistant.  Through her journey in the University, She has worked at the Estate Office, International Programmes office, Department of Sociology and Social Work, Department of Clinical and Social Pharmacy now Pharmacy Practice and is currently stationed at the Office of the Provost (Students Affairs Section), College of Engineering, KNUST where she process and issue transcripts to existing and past students of the College, process venue requests and perform other Secretarial and Administrative duties to enhance the vision and mission of the University. 

She has attended conferences and workshops within and outside the University.  During her time in School she was the President for the Association of HND Secretaryship and Managements studies(ASHMAS) for the year 2003/2004 academic year,  and Class Rep for CEMBA KNUST from 2011 – 2013.
