Africa Agri-Food Knowledge Transfer Partnership Project Team Visits Cocoa Processing Company
The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Cocoa Processing Company (CPC), all of Ghana and the University of Huddersfield, UK are collaborating to to explore the use of local sources of novel pectin in chocolate formulations. This innovative collaboration is funded by Innovate UK through the acclaimed Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme (Africa Agri-food Knowledge Transfer Partnership (AAKTP-13910 / IUK Project No. 10097922).
The AAKTP Project Team from KNUST (Ms. Belinda Ntow, KTP Associate and Prof. Jacob K. Agbenorhevi, Knowledge Base Lead Academic/KNUST PI) visited Cocoa Processing Company (CPC) for the project meeting/works.
