Profile
Peter Asigri received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, in 2015. He served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Brew Hammond Energy Centre, College of Engineering, KNUST from August 2015 to August 2016.
He later obtained a Master of Science degree in Renewable Energy from the University of Hull, United Kingdom in 2017. During the period of his Postgraduate studies, he worked as a part-time Automation Engineer at Reckitt Benckiser (KFM Agency), a pharmaceutical company.
Peter worked as a Physics and Mathematics teacher at Kumasi High School before joining the faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, KNUST in September 2021.
His research interests include Renewable Energy Grid Integration & Smart Grid and Renewable Energy Technologies
