Dr. Donkor is Senior Lecturer of Civil Systems Engineering at the KNUST. His interest is in the development of mathematical and statistical models for understanding the behaviour of complex engineering and business systems, and the subsequent decision-making for their operation and control. He teaches Engineering Economics; Quantitative Models for Systems Engineering; Statistics and Data Analysis for Civil Engineers; and Research Methodology. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from KNUST; an M.Sc in Sanitary Engineering from UNESCO-IHE, The Netherlands; and a Ph.D in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, USA. He has conducted funded research for the Institute for Integrating Statistics in Decision Sciences (I2SDS) of the Decision Science Department—School of Business, The George Washington University, USA. He is a member of both INFORMS and IIE, with two of his publications profiled in The Industrial Engineer.
