• Ujuizi Laboratories-Ghana piloted the “Chains of Human Intelligence Towards Efficiency and Equity in Agro-food Trade along the Trans-Africa Highway” (CHEETAH) crowd-sourcing App that generated postharvest loss information on the Tema-Ouagadougou corridor. A project sponsored by the Netherlands (2015-2018).
• Applied Research Fund (ARF) of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) 3-year funded project -Development of automated solar powered fruit drying technology for smallholder farmers in Ghana (FruitProTech) (2014-2017).
• Vegetable Postharvest Loss Assessment and Stakeholders’ Mapping of strategy for implementation of vegetable loss reduction project in Ghana, (2013).
• Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and Global Horticulture Initiative (GLOBALHORT) organized the Promotion and Consumption of Vegetables and Fruits workshop dubbed “PROVAF GHANA 2012” (September, 2012).
• Council for Industrial Research and West Africa Agricultural Productivity Programme (CSIR-WAAPP) 36-month project -Solar drying technology of cassava and yam, and their by-products, for food security in Ghana. (2010 –2012).
