Food Security Impacts of Industrial Crops Expansion in sub-Saharan Africa-Funded by the Overseas Development Association (ODA) of the United Kingdom with a total grant of US $ 137,030

Commencement Date: 15.02.15 to 28.02.17

Enhancing the performance and growth potential of street food vending for accelerated socio-economic development in Ghana.  Funded by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Denmark-Ghana South-driven research programme with a total grant of 5,000,000 DKK.

Commencement date April 1, 2012 to- End of July 2016.

Three university faculty successfully completed PhD and one MPhil students successfully completed

Options for Mitigating the Impact of Climate Change on Maize-Legume Farming Systems in northern Ghana (in collaboration with Institute of Economic Affairs) and funded by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  One PhD student recruited and successfully completed in 2017 and has since been recruited for CANR
