Prof. James Osei Mensah’s research interests are in the areas of analysis of agricultural value chains, food and consumer economics, entrepreneurship (special interest in informal entrepreneurship), total quality management, monitoring and evaluation of agricultural projects and programmes, appraisal of agribusiness projects.
