My current research focuses on immune biomarkers and assays for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment response. I seek to utilize high dimensional visualisation tools to identify novel biomarkers from a large whole blood ex-vivo flow cytometric panel targeting markers of cellular development, activation and memory.
