Research interests and focus for 2019-2020 include Gender, Social Work Education, Social Worker professional development, and International Social Work practice in Ghana and Tanzania. Also he researches in Student-centered problem based learning. Research output has included twelve (12) refereed journal publications, four (4) books and some fifty (50) conference/workshop papers presented in Tanzania, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria, South Africa, Australia, Thailand, Ghana, and the USA. Current projects include Erasmus+ EEI-SHEA Project no. 586416, KNUST, Kumasi.
