Michael Sakyi Boateng is the College Librarian of College of Humanities and Social Sciences, KNUST. Prior to that he served as the Head of the Lending and Cataloguing Departments of the Main Library. Mr. Boateng has served on many Committees in KNUST and Ghana as a whole. He is currently the Chairman of the Quality Assurance Sub-Committee of the  University Library System and a member of the College Board, College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Michael Sakyi Boateng was a pioneer member of the Infromation Literacy programme in KNUST and taught the course for many years. He joined KNUST with vast experience from the public sector, academia and the private sector.
