Frank Adusah-Poku is an applied microeconomist whose research focuses on energy and environmental economics issues such as energy poverty, energy access, energy expenditure, environmental pollution, climate change, and sustainable development. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics, KNUST. He is a Research Fellow at the ENRRI-EfD Ghana. He was also Fellow of the 2022-2023 EfD Early Career Fellowship Program and a STAAARS+ Cohort 4 Fellow at Cornell University, USA. His research has been supported by competitive grants from several international organizations, including the International Growth Centre (IGC), Climate Compatible Growth (CCG), the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, and the Danida Fellowship Centre. He teaches Economics courses both at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Economics from Kobe University, Japan. He also holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Economics with Statistics, both from the University of Ghana.
