Dr. Jonathan Dagadu Quartey is a Senior Lecturer of Economics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. His special areas are Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, Macroeconomics, Development Macroeconomics and Ecological Economics. Since 2001, Dr. Quartey has taught undergraduate and graduate courses. He has also supervised several theses at these levels. His research areas are Natural Resource Policy Evaluation, Economics of Climate Change, Economics of Public Utilities: Energy and Water and Economics of Forestry. Dr. Quartey has made many presentations in international and local conferences. He has also participated in projects and published in his areas of research. He is a Fellow of the West Africa Institute (WAI).
