My research interests lie in identifying ways of valorizing organic waste through biochemical and thermochemical conversion technologies into products such as compost and biochar for agricultural use.

My current research activities  have focused on-

1. Developing and evaluating sustainable means of waste management and  bioresources valorisation

2. Understanding the motivation and obstacles to pro-environmental behaviour and adoption of sustainability-oriented innovative technology and practices

3. Environmental audit and impact assessment of anthropogenic activities

4. Nexus between the environment and human security

5. Project evaluation, environmental audits and cost-benefits analysis of agricultural technology and practices
