Research Areas/Interests
My research interests lie in advancing circular economy and addressing climate change and other environmental sustainability challenges with climate-smart bioresource valorisation techniques, sustainable waste management and agroecological techniques.
My current research activities have focused on-
- Waste Management and Bioresource Valorisation: Exploring innovative approaches to transform organic waste and biomass into valuable products that reduce pollution and enhance resource efficiency.
- Circular and Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA): Advancing sustainable farming practices that promote resilience, close resource loops, and support food security under changing climates.
- Pro-environmental Behaviour: Applying behavioural theory to understand and promote sustainable environmental practices among individuals, communities, and institutions.
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Lifecycle Analysis (LCA): Evaluating the environmental, social, and economic implications of projects and technologies to inform evidence-based sustainability decisions.
