Prof. Joseph Sarkodie-Addo is an Associate Professor at the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He is a graduate of KNUST (BSc) and University of Guelph, Canada (MPhil), Imperial College (PhD) . His teaching and research work focus on the major topics in Legume, root and tuber improvement and environmental management issues.
