Profile

Mr. John Lawer Terlabie is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Theoretical and Applied Biology. He joined the Department in 2002. His research areas include Microbial Airspora; their effects on human health and food spoilage, fungal disease of cash crops and food crops. Currently, he handles courses at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses which includes Mycology, Food and Industrial Microbiology, Ecology of Soil Borne Plant Pathogens, Plant Nematology and Bacteriology.  

He obtained his BSc in the University of Cape Coast and his MPhil at the University of Ghana, Legon. He also obtained his Diploma in Education at the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast.
