Kwaku Obeng Mireku is a lawyer, a valuation and estate surveyor, and an entrepreneur. He is the principal consultant at First Global Real Estate, a private property services firm. Kwaku is also a managing partner at Wiredu-Peprah, Oduro & Co. (Asomdwoe Chambers), a private legal firm. He lecturers on part-time at the Department of Land Economy (KNUST) and the Estate Management Department (KsTU). He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and the Ghana Bar Association. His published books include The Making of Surveyors (2021), Asante Lands: A practical Guide to Stool Land Acquisition and Documentation (2021), Real Estate Agency Law and Practice in Ghana (2024) and Customary Property Valuation (2025).
