Director, KNUST Periodic Table of Food Initiative Centre of Excellence.

The CoE is one of only 9 CoEs in the world and one of only 2 in Africa selected competitively to develop tools for analysing food composition and generate and global food composition database with translational research.  The PTFI is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, Seerave Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The QAFANA Centres are set up under the International Union of Nutrition Sciences (IUNS) Taskforce, International Collaboration On Nutrition in Relation to Cancers (ICONIC) currently in the 5 main public universities (KNUST, UG, UHAS, UCC and UDS)
