Dr Adams teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates in course modules of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness. Dr Adams has close to 20 peer-review journal article publications with a special interest in; small and medium scale (SME) agribusiness development; agro-entrepreneurship; food security; livestock development; poverty reduction; and provision of evidence-based policy strategies to improve SMEs and vulnerable households in rural communities. With a broad background in Academia and research works, Dr Adams has rendered valuable services to the nation and the international community. He has led and participated in research teams that provided short-term technical consultancy services to a wide range of international and local organisations including but not limited to the United Nations (UN) World Food Programme (WFP-Ghana), ENI Oil and Gas Explorations, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GiZ) and Agency for Health and Food Security (AHEFS, Ghana).
