Prof. Richard Kodzo Avuglah is an Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science. He is a Financial Statistician. His research area includes Design and Analysis of Experiments, and Statistical and Financial Modelling.

He holds a degree in BSc Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana (1999) and an MSc degree in Financial Mathematics (2003) and a PhD in Applied Mathematical Statistics (2011) from the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau (formerly known as University of Kaiserslautern), Germany.
