Caleb is an early career researcher and a lecturer at the Department of Physiotherapy and Sports Science, College of Health Sciences, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He has an MSc. degree in Sports Psychology from the University of Stirling, UK and a BSc. degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. His research interest is in Career Transitions and Athletes' Pshychological wellbeing, having published papers in these areas.
