Bismark is a Chartered Accountant with seven (7) years professional experience. He has been working in the University for the past 17years in numerous capacities. He has demonstrated very high level of competence in discharging his duties, and his knowledge and contribution towards the development of the University’s Financial Management Information System (PANACEA) cannot be underrated.
