With support of the staff of Final Accounts Unit, we have developed an excel model for the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations; which used to be prepared manually with much difficulty and time consuming before I took over as the head. The model facilitates timely and accurate bank reconciliations despite the huge number of transactions in the fee collection accounts since the University centralized the fee collection at the Main University.
