These interests are backed by an impressive publication record for someone at his career stage, with contributions to journals such as Current Psychology, Public Organization Review, and Journal of Public Affairs, as well as a chapter in Springer's Global Encyclopedia of Public Administration, Public Policy, and Governance. Outside of his professional work, Vincent has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service through volunteering with the Ghana HIV/AIDS Commission, where he championed sexual health awareness and fought stigma, as well as through his ongoing engagement with the Let's Begin Again Foundation since 2020. He also gained library management experience through an internship with the Ghana Library Authority and has played organizing roles in academic conferences and seminars at KNUST. A recipient of both the Asawasi Constituency MP Tuition Funding and the KNUST Catholic Chaplaincy Relief Funding, Vincent is ultimately motivated by a desire to pursue postgraduate education and carve out a meaningful career in academia and civil society advocacy.
