Vincent Kusi-Kyei is a Lecturer at the Department of Forest Resources Technology. He is currently a PhD. Fellow in Natural Resources and Environmental Governance at the Faulty of Renewable Natural Resources, KNUST in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He holds a MA degree in Sustainable Leisure Management from the Vancouver Island University, BC. Canada, a BSc degree in Forest Resources Technology and a Diploma in Natural Resources Management both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi Ghana.
His areas of expertise-teaching and research focus on ecological recreation, leisure and nature-based tourism; human dimensions in natural and environmental resources management and governance (conflicts and territorialities); environmental communication and interpretation; sustainable rural community livelihoods development and extension; and biodiversity and environmental health. He has over 10 years students’ industrial relationship and organiation, rural community engagement, impact and advocacy in sustainable natural resources management.
