Profile

Dr. Paul Osei-Tutu is a Lecturer at the KNUST Department of Forest Resources Technology. He holds a PhD degree in Forest Governance from the University of Freiburg (Germany), an MPhil degree in Environment, Society and Development from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a BSc degree in Natural Resources Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana). His areas of expertise are: local/decentralised natural resource management; formal and informal institutions of local forest management; small forest enterprises; bamboo resource management and utilization; and natural resource conflicts. He has over 10 years of experience in social science research, consultancies, project coordination and project reporting.
