My areas of interest and research are primarily focused on diagnostic medical imaging, with particular emphasis on ultrasound elastography, breast imaging, and evidence-based imaging practice. I have a strong research interest in the diagnostic applications of strain elastography, Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse (ARFI), and shear wave elastography in differentiating benign and malignant lesions, especially within breast imaging.My academic and research interests also extend to imaging innovations, ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, cross-sectional imaging, and the integration of advanced imaging techniques into clinical practice in resource-limited settings. I am particularly interested in improving diagnostic accuracy, early disease detection, and patient outcomes through the use of non-invasive imaging technologies.Additionally, I am interested in systematic reviews and meta-analyses in medical imaging, imaging biomarkers, radiologic-pathologic correlations, and the role of imaging in personalized patient care. My broader academic interests include medical imaging education, clinical mentorship, healthcare research methodology, and the advancement of evidence-based practice through scholarly publications and collaborative research.\n\nI aspire to contribute significantly to the growth of medical imaging research, academic training, and healthcare innovation in Ghana and the international scientific community.
