Profile
I am a trained Radiographer with over eight years of professional experience in medical imaging, with strong competency in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), and other imaging modalities. I currently serve as the Head of the Radiology Unit at Aniniwah Medical Center- Kumasi, where I oversee clinical operations, imaging services, quality assurance, and staff coordination to ensure effective patient-centered care.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I serve as a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Imaging at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where I teach, mentor, and guide students during their clinical training and practical rotations. My passion for education and professional development has driven my commitment to shaping the next generation of imaging professionals in Ghana.
Currently, I am pursuing an MPhil in Medical Imaging, with a strong research interest in advancing imaging practice, safety, education, and policy development. My career aspiration is to contribute significantly to the improvement of imaging education and healthcare delivery in Ghana, while also supporting the development and implementation of imaging policies aligned with international and World Health Organization standards.
