I have had the privilege to serve as Head of the Supply Chain and Information Systems Department. Some notable achievements during my leadership are fostering industry-academia partnerships, facilitating partnerships between KNUST and other universities and professional bodies, promoting grantsmanship and achieving high faculty development.

1. Industry-academia partnership

I have ensured improvements in connecting industry and academia through:

• Cultivating Alumni Engagement

2. University – University and University – Professional Bodies Relationship Management.

I have facilitated close partnerships, leading to the signing of the following MOUs:

• KNUST and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

• KNUST and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

• KNUST and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.

• KNUST and Bio Supply Management Alliance.

 3. Progression of Colleague faculties

Through my leadership, colleagues progress as follows:

• Four (4) attained their terminal degrees.

• Three (3) progressed from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer.

• One (1) progressed from Senior Lecturer to Associate Professor.
