December 2020, I planned and organized training for 20 master craftsmen in the fabrication and construction of biomass institutional stove sponsored by Ghana Energy Commission and UNDP Ghana. It is intended to be adapted for educational institution in Ghana.    

2005 to date Co-ordinated the industrial placement for undergraduate students from the college of engineering and the Department of Integrated Rural Art and Industry.                          

March 2019: Planned and executed an international exchange programme for the University of Pennsylvania PENN ABROAD Spring programme on Culture, Health and Development in Ghana. It was hosted by the Technology Consultancy Centre, KNUST, twenty (20) from Penn USA and ten (10) from KNUST and 2010 – 2014: Planned and organized an international development exchange programme on intercultural activities in a developing world environment for the University of Pennsylvania, USA and KNUST students. One hundred and fifty students (150), one hundred from the University of Pennsylvania and fifty (50) from KNUST were involved.

1995-2005: Set up Micro concrete roofing tiles Focal point at KNUST and established the same production unit in all the formal ten (10) regions of Ghana.
