Ms. Millicent Konadu Yeboah is a dedicated and results-driven Senior Administrative Assistant in the Department of Physics, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She brings to her role a wealth of experience in academic administration, organizational coordination, and institutional support.
Ms. Yeboah began her professional journey at KNUST as a National Service Personnel at the Office of the Provost, College of Arts and Social Sciences (now College of Humanities and Social Sciences) from November 2010 to November 2011, following the completion of her Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies at Kumasi Polytechnic (now Kumasi Technical University).
Her exceptional diligence, efficiency, and commitment to excellence earned her a recommendation to serve as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at the KNUST School of Business. Recognizing her competence and dedication, the University appointed her as an Administrative Assistant in December 2016. Through consistent hard work and outstanding performance, she rose to the rank of Senior Administrative Assistant in 2020.
Over the years, Ms. Yeboah has demonstrated exemplary service across various administrative units. She has contributed significantly to institutional activities, serving as Secretary to the College of Art and Built Environment Tracer Studies Committee and Logistics Chairperson for the Vice-Chancellor’s Staff Appreciation Day in 2023.
In her current role at the Department of Physics, Ms. Yeboah provides critical academic and administrative support, ensuring the efficient running of departmental operations. Her responsibilities include managing academic records, preparing official correspondence, coordinating departmental activities, supervising administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
Ms. Yeboah is widely recognized for her strong organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and exemplary work ethic. Her ability to foster teamwork, maintain excellent interpersonal relationships, and proactively address administrative challenges has made her a valuable asset to the University.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Human Resource Strategy, reflecting her deep understanding of organizational management and personnel development.
Beyond her professional life, Ms. Yeboah is a devoted family-oriented individual, married with three children. She continues to embody the values of integrity, dedication, and excellence principles that guide her service to the KNUST community.
