Summary of Personal Qualities:

I have keenly applied myself to the pursuit of excellence in medical practice throughout my medical career in Ghana and the United Kingdom, practicing as a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist and reproductive medicine, infertility and assisted conception sub-specialist and teaching medical and postgraduate students from various social and cultural backgrounds.

 

My key strengths include:

  1. Possessing excellent administrative, communication and written skills along with constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment.
  2. Able to work in a managerial role or as part of a team and having the proven ability to successfully work to tight schedules and deadlines and remaining calm and professional in times of stressful and critical need.
  3. I relate and adapt well with people from a variety of cultures and socio-economic backgrounds and readily establish rapport with patients, students, staff, and other healthcare professionals and have collaboration with centres of excellence abroad.
  4. I have a quiet personality but I am purposeful and focussed in my endeavours.

  • Facilitator for CME organized by The National Blood Service, Ghana for Laboratory Staff in the Northern and Central Ghana on “Obstetric and Gynaecological Transfusion”.
