Jennifer is an experienced Systems Analyst with over a decade of progressive expertise in IT infrastructure, network administration, and digital transformation within higher education. An Engineer by profession, she holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a BSc in Computer Engineering, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), complemented by a robust portfolio of certifications in cybersecurity, data science, project management, and leadership.
Over the years, she has demonstrated a strong track record in managing complex IT systems, coordinating computer-based examinations, overseeing electronic elections, and leading procurement and maintenance of institutional technology. Adept at delivering strategic technical support, optimizing network performance, and fostering innovation through e-learning and digital inclusion initiatives.
She is a proactive leader and lifelong learner, actively engaged in professional associations including Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). Recognized for driving operational excellence, mentoring teams, and contributing to national development through academia-industry partnerships. Passionate about empowering institutions with resilient, secure, and future-ready IT solutions.
Mrs. Takyi-Nimoh has served on numerous committees such as the Committee for Vice-Chancellors Vision, Thematic objective: Infrastructure Development, College Rationalization Committee, College Procurement Committee, College Problem-Based Learning Committee, and planning committees for various programs amongst others.
She is an excellent communicator and can deal with people from all walks of life. She is hard-working, result oriented, independent, and compassionate. Her gratification comes from serving God’s Kingdom and mankind.
