Raphael Amofa-Baah I’m, a highly qualified and seasoned IT specialist with more than 25 years of expertise. I started working in the User Support Division of the UITS in 2016. Providing support to the university community. My proficiency with a wide range of computer systems, software programs, and networking protocols enables me to troubleshoot and fix technical problems fast. In addition, I have the patience and empathy to explain complicated technical concepts in a way that easy users can grasp.
