I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Electronics) from KNUST, a Cisco Certified Network Associate, and Hardware and Networking Engineering Certificate from IPMC.

I have worked with the UITS under the User Support Division since 2016.

At the Support Center I work with other colleagues to provide IT Support to the University Community.

I have a good knowledge of customer support and developing video concepts to be used for tutorials and pictures of all KNUST-UITS systems and websites.

I have over seven years of hands-on experience in efficiently developing video tutorials and creating concept pictures for all KNUST-UITS Systems, using modern software such as Premiere Pro, Filmora, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva.

I played a major role in all KNUST Virtual Events by designing graphics and setting up streaming systems such as OBS and Vmix. In all these events I also work with the network team to make sure the internet bandwidth at the event venue is appropriate for streaming
