Profile
I believe in a world where innovation and collaboration reign supreme, where every challenge is met with enthusiasm and every opportunity is embraced with open arms. I'm not just your typical IT support specialist; I'm your friendly neighborhood technophile with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for making technology work seamlessly for you.
With over 16 years of experience in the ever-evolving world of ICT, I've become a master at navigating the complexities of hardware, software, and everything in between. Whether it's troubleshooting a pesky network issue or helping you make sense of the latest software update, I'm here to lend a hand and ensure that your technology experience is nothing short of exceptional. Training staff and Students.
Beyond my technical expertise, I'm also a bit of a data whisperer and a mathematics enthusiast. I love diving into data to uncover hidden insights and using my number-crunching skills to drive informed decision-making in KNUST.
With a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from University of Madras, India, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from our very own Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and practical know-how to the table.
I'm also a proud member of the Church of Pentecost (PIWC-Kotei). When I'm not busy tinkering with technology, you can find me lending a hand in our vibrant community and spreading a little bit of positivity wherever I go.
Oh, and one more thing—I'm not just here to fix problems; I'm here to help us grow and thrive as a university community. As a member of the Council of Convocation, I'm deeply committed to the continuous improvement and success of KNUST. So, if you ever need a hand, have a question, or just want to chat about the latest tech trends, don't hesitate to reach out. Together, we'll make great things happen.
