Profile

I am a Systems Analyst and currently serve as the Head of Front Desk Support at the University Information Technology Services (UITS), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). With over 16 years of professional experience in ICT, I specialize in user support, systems management, digital forensics, and the integration of innovative technologies to enhance teaching, learning, research, and administration across the university.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Madras, India, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from KNUST. My professional strength lies in combining technical expertise with analytical insight, enabling me to design practical solutions and provide data-driven decision support to the university community.

At UITS, I have led and supported a wide range of digital transformation initiatives—from biometric registrations and elections to staff and student ICT training, system modernization, and institutional project support. I am often called upon to deliver training workshops, bootcamps, and seminars on artificial intelligence literacy, digital skills development, and technology adoption for audiences ranging from faculty and administrators to students and external stakeholders.

Beyond ICT support, I am passionate about data analytics and am often referred to as a “data whisperer.” I enjoy uncovering insights from data to improve institutional efficiency and decision-making. I also contribute to university governance as an active member of the KNUST Convocation Council, where I support policies and initiatives that drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Outside my professional role, I am a proud member of the Church of Pentecost (PIWC-Kotei), where I contribute to community service and leadership. Guided by a belief in innovation, collaboration, and service, I am committed not only to solving problems but also to helping institutions and individuals embrace technology as a driver of growth and transformation.

In addition to my core ICT responsibilities, I have a growing reputation as a speaker, trainer, and consultant in the areas of AI adoption, ICT forensics, and digital transformation strategy. I am particularly interested in opportunities where technology can be applied to education, organizational efficiency, and community development, and I actively seek to share knowledge that empowers others to adapt and thrive in the digital age.
