Current projects:

1. Ghana Cocoa for Health (The GhaCoH project)

The overarching goal of this project is to conduct clinical trials leading to validation of the health effects associated with the consumption of cocoa. This is a project I am working on through a collaboration with the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana (CRIG).

2. Vegetables for Optimum Health (The VeFOH study)

The aim of this research is to investigate the use of soil amendment agents (biochar and organic manure) in soil and its effect in ameliorating heavy metals in soil for the sustainable production of safe vegetables for Ghanaian consumption.
