My research interests are closely aligned with my professional practice and focus on higher education governance and administration, university management systems, collegiate administration, succession planning, human resource management in tertiary institutions, quality assurance, institutional effectiveness, student administration, and access and participation in higher education, particularly female participation in STEM.

My scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed research on the effectiveness of the collegiate system of administration in KNUST, succession planning in tertiary institutions, and trends in female enrolment in STEM in higher education. These areas reflect my interest in understanding institutional systems and emerging challenges in higher education and using evidence to inform effective policy, management and administrative practice.

I bring to higher education administration, a combination of practical institutional experience, policy and governance competence, strategic committee leadership and an emerging scholarly interest in university management and higher education systems. My professional goal is to contribute to effective institutional leadership, quality academic administration, sound governance and continuous improvement in higher education.
